~ P.A.L.S is a support group for adoptive parents and parents to be in the Durham Region. We are a private group! People that apply to this site must be adoptive parents or adoptive parents to be that have had their homestudy completed & approved, & currently live in the Durham Region. If it is found that you have not had your hmestudy completed and approved for safety reasons you will be banned from the site.
~ This website is open to all individuals that have adopted from C.A.S., adopted privately or internationally. Social Events all members are welcome to attend. Please note that the P.A.L.S monthly meeting held at the Durham Children Aid Society are only open to those that have adopted from the C.A.S. as these meeting are funded by the Durham Children Aid Society.
~ What goes on at the site stays at the site! All information and all that is talked about at this site is to stay at the site. We want all members to feel free to open up and chat about what ever issues, etc... they may be dealing with, some of these issues may be private. The member may feel free to share the information within the group. This information must stay within the group. If a member is found to be breaking these rule they may be banned from the site.
